Criminal Macabre #1: Two Red Eyes

Fresh after reading the Criminal Macabre trade, I sketched what eventually became this. I had posted on Steve Nile's message board for awhile, and I would submit artwork every once in awhile. Steve liked this so much after I threw it on there, that he had me contact his Dark Horse editor Shawna Gore about getting this in a letters page of one of the Cal books.

First it was going to appear in the one-shot Criminal Macabre: Feat of Clay, but tight deadlines let this to be cut. After talking with Shawna, I found out that it will be printed in the new ongoing Criminal Macabre book in Dec. Pretty cool, huh?

Shame is, I believe the url to my Deviant art page that I don't really plan to use anymore will still accompany it, but what can you do?
